Lieutenant Colonel (ret) Rob Griggs, BBA, MEd, MA, PMP
Co-Founder of JKAN, Rob culminated a 26-year military career in 2014 with service almost exclusively in Airborne, Mountain and Ranger units. With 7 operational deployments, Rob has proven himself in the most trying of circumstances as a leader of large-scale, multi-national, interagency organizations. At the conclusion of his government service, Rob has found continued success working as a government consultant as well as an operations and quality manager for Amazon NAFC.
Rob is currently an advisor and consultant for Vertex, where he trains, develops, and mentors military leaders at one of the government’s premier training centers. Additionally, Rob is completing course work for a Ph.D. in Organization Development with a focus on leadership evaluation, assessment and development.
